When helping you determine the right fixtures for your application specifications, we analyze the LED(s) utilized in a wide variety of fixtures to be sure the quality of light the fixture exerts fits and exceeds your needs.
It is well known that fixture diodes and components are more likely to fail within their first few hours of installation; from burned-out individual diodes, overheating, or a wide range of other failures. To ensure the quality of light from your selected fixtures last as intended, we offer fixture burn-ins, a process that tests the longevity of the LED diodes in their most important phase of development. During this process, we test the fixture for over 20 hours, ten hours longer than the manufacturer’s normal testing time, far longer than the anticipated failure time.
